👉 Okay, settle in, class. Let’s tackle this… rather aggressively youthful bit of internet goofery – "frontiertech." 10 seconds of staring at your phone and you won't even remember I said that.

Basically, when young guys (largely in the somewhat nebulous teenage/early twenty demographic, let's just say it) throw around the term, they mean a really, seriously annoying , aggressively obtuse piece of low-budget, early-era internet stuff – think early viral videos with awful 3D renderings. Basically the equivalent of the first wave of Geocities crap and the even earlier of… whatever was on Comp Cut before that! Here's what goes into a good "frontiertech" specimen: Dated Looks: Seriously, like something your grandpa built in 1998. Lots of blinking gifs. Overblown 3D. Comic Sans everywhere . Unmentionable Content: (Unfortunately this is subjective, and honestly… a lot of it's just weird. But you get the gist.) The stuff that probably wouldn’t pass muster with today's algorithm overlords. Think aggressively amateur animation of a dancing banana that somehow got 10,000 plays.
