Definition: Enterogona is a genus of flowering plants in the family Asteraceae, commonly known as the blueberry plants or cranberries. They are native to Europe and North America, but have been introduced to other parts of the world due to their delicious berries. The genus has around 50 species that produce fruit with different shapes and colors, including the common blueberry (Eriogonum vulgare), which is one of the most widely cultivated fruits in the world.
