👉 Angle pimples, also known as open comedones, are the earliest stage of acne formation. They occur when a hair follicle becomes clogged with dead skin cells and sebum (oil) from the skin. This blockage creates a small, round or slightly raised bump on the skin's surface, often appearing black or white depending on the angle of light. Unlike closed comedones (whiteheads), which remain beneath the skin's surface, angle pimples are visible because the pore opening is exposed to the air. This exposure can lead to inflammation and further development into more severe forms of acne, such as papules, pustules, or cysts.
