👉 Ahead pimples, also known as microcomedones, are small, closed bumps that form on the skin's surface before a full-blown acne breakout. They occur when pores become clogged with dead skin cells, sebum (oil produced by the sebaceous glands), and sometimes varnish. These clogged pores create a reservoir for bacteria, leading to inflammation and the development of pimples. Ahead pimples are often asymptomatic but can be visible as small, dark spots or whiteheads, and they serve as a precursor to more significant acne lesions like open comedones (blackheads) and pustules.
