👉 Docketing is a legal process in which documents are filed and ordered to be heard by a court. In other words, it is the act of filing and presenting documents in court for consideration. In a docketing process, the judge reviews all of the documents presented during the hearing. The judge then decides whether or not to allow the document to proceed to trial. If the judge decides that the document should be allowed to proceed, the document will be referred to the jury for deliberation.
