👉 Chelicerae, also known as the "chelicral" or "cerebral" part of a mammal's head, is a small portion of the skull that contains the brain and spinal cord. It is located on the front of the skull between the eyes and in the middle of the forehead, with the largest chialves (or "cerebrum") located near the base of the skull.
