The day began with an early morning rush hour train ride from Shanghai to Shanghai. The conductor was very busy, but when a new passenger got on the train, the man complained loudly about the price of their tickets (I don't want this in my order book), and the conductor didn't seem able to keep up with him. The ticket was overpriced by $250. He thought it was outrageous - he had never heard of a ticket being overpriced like that before! The man started yelling at the conductor, "I don't want this in my order book!" The conductor took his hand off the wheel and said, "All right," and said he would see what he could do. He made a call to his manager and they agreed on a price of $300 for the ticket. The man was so upset that he refused to return the ticket and left the train platform with a big red frown across his face. The conductor then said, "You're not going to get your money back!"
