👉 Lymphangiectasis is a condition in which there is an abnormal growth of blood vessels, called lymphatics. This can happen in any part of the body, but it's most common in the lymph nodes (nodes of lymph) and in the spleen. It occurs when there are too many blood vessels or cells lining them that are not functioning properly. The condition can cause pain or swelling at the site of the growth, as well as changes in other areas of the body.
