👉 A karyomitotic cell is a type of cell that has one set of chromosomes instead of two. This means that it only has one set of DNA, and therefore, it cannot be replicated or copied multiple times. As such, it can't grow or divide like other cells. It's also known as monochromatoblasto-zygotic (MZ) cell.
