The dictionary tells us, clear as can be, “It's going out, or moving free!” Think of a theater, a grand stage you see, An exit is the door for actors to flee. Or maybe you leave your home with a sigh, That’s an exit , saying “Goodbye!” bye-bye! It means to depart, to step away and roam, Leaving behind a place, no longer home.
