Definition of Purdy
Purdy is an incredibly popular word that has become a part of our everyday language and culture. It's often used to describe someone who doesn't listen to their own advice and makes bad decisions. Imagine this: your best friend asks you out on a date, but when it comes time for your turn to make the decision, they say "I don't want to go with you," or "I'm not sure if we should go." They're just like that one person who won't listen to their own advice. Example Sentence "Good afternoon, everybody. Today I have a surprise coming up for my date. I need all the help I can get in deciding whether or not to take this offer from my friend. Who's it about? What are we going to do tonight?" Purdy snorts "I know what you're thinking: 'Why would anyone want to go out with me?' Well, let me tell you, purdy. I don't have a clue!" (laughs)
