A person who doesn't know what they're talking about. Example: "I'm not sure if I've heard this before, but I think you're just asking for my tip." In an unexpected twist, a sarcastic response to someone suggesting that the person does not know what they are talking about can be "What's your tip?!" or "How long have you been doing this?" Example Sentence "Did you hear that? I'm a professional at breaking tips."
